The room for what comes next.
Join the communityNashville PACE exists to bring professional creative voices together to connect, exchange ideas, and support one another in building and sustaining careers in music.
Music never stops changing. How we create, perform, collaborate, reach audiences, make a living, and build careers continues to evolve alongside technology, culture, and the business itself.
PACE creates a place for Nashville’s artists, songwriters, musicians, producers, creators, and industry professionals to explore that changing landscape together.
What PACE is, and what it isn’t
- An experiment in creative community
- A place for meaningful professional connection
- A home for thoughtful conversations about the changing music landscape
- Curious rather than ideological
- Participatory rather than performative
- Professional without feeling corporate
- Intentionally evolving
- Not
A traditional networking organization - Not
A trade association - Not
An AI organization - Not
A conference series - Not
A generic Nashville mixer
The landscape never stops changing.
Music is changing. Technology is changing. How artists create, collaborate, reach audiences, build careers, and make a living continues to change.
Sometimes that means tackling a difficult subject. Sometimes it means discovering something new. Sometimes it simply means putting interesting people in the same room and seeing what happens.
We do not know exactly what PACE will become.
That is part of the experiment.
We do not need to agree.
PACE is curious, direct and welcoming. We believe Nashville’s creative community is stronger when we’re in the room together, not when we all think the same thing.
- PACE asks good questions.
- PACE creates good rooms.
- PACE lets interesting people do the rest.
The founders
Happy Montana + Jay Bragg
PACE is the brand. The room is the star. Here is why they started it.
Nashville PACE was founded by Happy Montana and Jay Bragg of Jay Bragg Presents around a simple idea:
Nashville’s professional creative community needs more reasons to get into the same room.
Happy and Jay come from music, creativity, entrepreneurship, and community building.
Their role is to start the conversation. The community gets to help decide where it goes.

Worth being in the room for.
PACE does not need to become huge quickly. It needs to become worth being in the room for.
If people leave PACE 001 having met someone valuable, reconsidered an assumption, learned something useful, and wanting to return for PACE 002, the experiment is working.
